There are a few things that can cause links in emails to not work successfully, so please read this carefully:
(1) If the link is UN-clickable... meaning that no matter what you try, your email will not let you click it then it's possible that your email provider has incorrectly identified my email as 'spam' and automatically disabled the links. Therefore, you will need to add me to your 'Allowed Senders' list.
You can also add me to your Address Book which also helps, as well as just sending me a quick email so that your email provider recognizes me as a friendly sender.
(2) If the link is clickable, but when you click it you get an error then wait a few minutes or a couple of hours and then try again. Sometimes my list management service has a temporary technical problem that makes links not work. Usually it resolves itself after a few minutes, and occasionally it may take a little longer.
